Empowering Youth Through Non-Formal Education, Innovation & Inclusion

As part of the LIVE Project’s mission to foster multilingualism and inclusive education across Europe, we’re proud to introduce our inspiring partner from Turkey: Wonders of Milas.

 

Who They Are

 

Wonders of Milas is a non-profit, non-governmental and independent youth group located in Muğla, Milas, on the stunning west coast of Turkey. Founded in 2020, this vibrant collective is composed of a multidisciplinary team of educators, trainers, young people, and digital experts—all united by a common vision: to provide meaningful educational experiences that bridge the gap between traditional classroom learning and real-world challenges.

 

Even though the organization is relatively young, many of its members bring over a decade of experience in educational innovation and project development, especially within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.

 

What They Do

Wonders of Milas is deeply involved in local, national, and international projects, especially those related to:

• Language learning and intercultural communication
• Vocational and educational training (VET)
• Youth work and social inclusion
• Environmental education and awareness
• Digital literacy and ICT tools
• Gender equality and intergenerational dialogue

 

At the heart of their work is non-formal education—a powerful method that engages young people in experiential, creative, and socially impactful learning experiences. Their approach actively promotes critical thinking, digital competence, and active citizenship.

The mission of Wonders of Milas is deeply aligned with the core values of the LIVE Project. Their team works tirelessly to:

We are especially excited about their focus on ICT integration in education, as we develop the LIVE App—a digital tool to support multilingual learners and promote identity-building through language.
